TWO APPROACHES TO CREATION:
THE PROCESS
01 / Initial Consultation
Your experience begins with a private consultation at our Gold Coast boutique. Together, we explore your vision, personal style and design direction, considering silhouettes, sketches, fabrics and construction techniques. This initial conversation establishes the foundation for your gown.
02 / Calico TOILE
An initial version of your gown is created in calico, allowing us to explore the design directly on the body before cutting into the final fabric. This stage provides an opportunity to refine the silhouette, experiment with proportions and make adjustments to the structure and fit AND REFINE THROUGH MORE CALICO FITTINGS.
03 / First Gown Fitting
Your gown begins to take form in its selected fabric. During this fitting, we assess the drape, movement and overall silhouette, refining the construction and details as the design comes together. Veils and accessories may also be explored to consider the complete look.
04 / Final Fitting
As your gown nears completion, we focus on the finer details. Final adjustments are made to the fit, structure and finish, with measurements confirmed and the hem length established with your wedding shoes. Each element is carefully refined to ensure the gown feels effortless to wear.
05 / Collection Fitting
Your completed gown is presented for its final fitting. We review the fit, movement and finishing details, ensuring everything sits as intended before collection.
